Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. After hours and on weekends, we have a pharmacist on call to assist with questions regarding your medications

Prescription Services

  • Monthly refills are scheduled only after discussing with you
  • If you chose to have your prescription transferred to another specialty pharmacy, please contact the pharmacy and we will be glad to assist.
  • If your insurance does not allow your prescription to be filled at our pharmacy, we will work with you and your provider to transfer the prescription to an appropriate pharmacy
  • Medications may be recalled by the manufacturer. Our pharmacy wants to keep you safe and will contact you directly and provide instructions on what to do.

Financial Services

Our pharmacy staff helps determine your prescription coverage by working directly with your insurance company. We can provide information around: co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles and prescription costs.

We can work with your provider’s office to complete prior authorization requests and claim denials.

For your convenience, we are able to provide delivery services at no additional cost to you:

Patient Management Services

A pharmacist works with your healthcare team to provide you the best care possible. Once a prescription is received, a pharmacist will contact you directly to discuss the medication, how and when to take it, side effects, storage concerns and disposal, and when to call your provider. A pharmacist will continue to contact you monthly to discuss the same issues and schedule your refill.

Weather-related situations may impact shipping to your area. When this happens, the pharmacy will contact you to make arrangements to ship medications or locate your medications close to your home.
