What makes our service unique is the ability to offer you:
Our pharmacy staff helps determine your prescription coverage by working directly with your insurance company. We can provide information around: co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles and prescription costs.
We can work with your provider’s office to complete prior authorization requests and claim denials.
For your convenience, we are able to provide delivery services at no additional cost to you:
A pharmacist works with your healthcare team to provide you the best care possible. Once a prescription is received, a pharmacist will contact you directly to discuss the medication, how and when to take it, side effects, storage concerns and disposal, and when to call your provider. A pharmacist will continue to contact you monthly to discuss the same issues and schedule your refill.
If at any time you chose to opt-out of our patient management services, please contact the pharmacy at 1-888-862-2335 or (336) 713-7776.
Your safety is one of our most important goals. We are here to help with any questions or concerns you have.
